Munster. Matt's Journal:.: It was apparent upon arriving that this was a college town. Lots of students walking around, carrying books and cruising their scenes. The folks at the Gleis 22 were very nice to us. The band and the staff all sat down for a big family style dinner, which was fantastic. Soundman Steve and I then retired to the dressing room, which was right next to stage, for a nap. When I awoke, the rest of the guys were in there. It would soon be show time, so I get up for some coffee and fruit, which was right next to me. We could hear the place filling up, and wanted to have a peek.

But when we tried opening the door, it was very locked. We banged away at it, but the house music was too loud for anyone to hear us. I could just see it now... "The Gleis proudly presents the Ether Frolics!" and then all anybody hears is us banging on the dressing room door. So much for the dramatic entrance. But then Stephen saved the day by jumping out the window, running back through the front entrance, and unlocking our door. I thought of playing one of those jokes on the doorman where we all keep jumping out the window and running back through entrance again... nah.
